Peter L. Tragos Speaks on the Topic of Presenting Evidence at Trial
Attorney Peter L. Tragos from the Law Offices of Tragos, Sartes & Tragos was selected as the speaker for the Technology CLE held by the Clearwater Bar Association. The topic in discussion was “Presenting Evidence at Trials, Hearings, and Mediations Using an iPad.” The event took place on October 23, 2014 and was opened to those looking to expand their trial skills based on resources of the 21 st Century.
Peter Tragos, Esq. led the seminar in a practical manner to help listeners enhance their trial presentations using the latest technology, such as an iPad. During the seminar, he discussed and demonstrated how using an iPad can help you effectively present evidence during trials, hearings, or mediations. He also discussed what is needed to project the evidence presentation onto any screen, including the products that will need to be purchased. In addition, Tragos discussed document sharing using DropBox.
Rather than simply discussing his methods to present evidence, Attorney Tragos demonstrated to the audience simple methods of presenting evidence using 21 st Century methods. He used his intricate knowledge of TrialPad on the iPad to show his audience how to present evidence, documents, and exhibits.
Attorney Tragos gained a reputation not just as an excellent lawyer, but an accomplished leader among other young attorneys. He was selected to speak at this engagement for his presentation skills and the insight he has into the workings of devices used to effectively fight a case. He is highly skilled at evaluating cases, finding the weaknesses in the other side’s case, and presenting this information in court. The Clearwater Bar Association chose him as the most logical presenter of this information to guests of the seminar.
