A hazardous condition is something that is known to be dangerous to the people that are inside of a business. If a hazardous condition exists, a business owner is obligated to take care of it as quickly as it is become known. If it is something that happens repeatedly, then they are obligated to inspect for it to make sure that it doesn’t happen.
