A Florida wrongful death claim is a claim that is brought under the Florida Wrongful Death Act. What that means is if an individual is injured or killed because of someone else’s negligence, that means someone that is considered the executor of their estate has the right pursuant of law to bring that cause of action on behalf of that person who was injured or killed.
