I was injured on someone else’s property. What should I do?

The first thing you should do is, see if there are any witnesses that saw how you were injured. Get their names, take them down. Take pictures of the surroundings so you can see what it was that caused you to fall. Notify the owner of the property, so they know the injury and accident occurred that day. Hopefully they’ll fill out an incident report so that you can document how the injury happened. Then you should really call a doctor and really get your injuries treated as soon as possible.
