I was attacked in a dark parking lot. Is the owner responsible for my injuries and damages?

That really depends on a number of different factors. What did the owner know as far as crime in that area? What does the owner know about where it should be lit in their parking lot? And what type of security does that owner have on the property? That’s something that’s going to take an investigation by a law firm and a private investigator to really put together to see whether or not that owner knew or should have known of the danger that caused your injuries.
