Do bicyclists automatically have the right of way?

Bicyclists that operate their bicycles on public roads are obligated to the rules of the road just like any other motor vehicle. In other words, a bicycle doesn’t automatically have the right-of-way. They have the right-of-way as if they were another car or motorcycle or any other motor vehicle on the roadway.
