Elizabeth Holmes and Ramesh “Sunny” Balwani are charged with two counts of conspiracy to commit wire fraud and nine counts of wire fraud. The fraud trial for Sunny, the former president and COO of the failed blood-testing startup Theranos has been delayed. The trial is now expected to take place in March.
